  1. Take IA-141 west to US-59.
  2. Turn south onto US-59 and follow to I-80.
  3. Continue west on I-80 to I-480/US-75 (exit 452) in Omaha.
  4. Follow US-75 north to the Burt St./Cuming St. exit.
  5. Turn left (west) onto Cuming St. and continue to 30th St.
  6. Turn left again (south) onto 30th St. to Creighton University Medical Center.
