In addition, the hospital offers non-English speaking patients a Spanish interpreter 24 hours a day, as well as a Sudanese interpreter. An exerienced staff is committed to giving babies the best care possible. New-parent education on feedings, bathing and, if necessary, CPR monitor training, is ongoing throughout a baby's stay -- all in preparation for discharge. The soon-to-be-remodeled facility will further enhance quality patient care, with individual patient care rooms adding to the comfort of family members and a developmentally appropriate environment with low stimuli for premature newborns.
