Cardiac Services. In partnership with the Creighton Cardiac Center, we integrate medicine, technology and research to provide the latest advancements and academic medicine expertise to a range of services, from diagnostics to intervention to surgery. Cardiac services are available through a number of outreach clinics in Nebraska and Western Iowa. |
Transfusion-Free Medicine and Surgery. Creighton University Medical Center is the only accredited program by the Association for Blood Conservation in the region. The Center for Blood Conservation provides both medical and surgical care without the use of donor blood, using specialized techniques to minimize a patient’s blood loss before, during and after surgery.
