Versant RN Residency Program
Creighton University Medical Center is investing in the future of our nurses by offering the VersantTM RN Residency program. VersantTM RN Residency is a comprehensive outcomes validated evidence based practice program for nurses with less than 6 months experience. The 18 week program provides professional experiences as well as resources to guide and support your nursing development.
Components of the Residency Include:
- Clinical preceptors who provide personalized bedside training
- Instructor-led courses featuring current and emerging clinical guidelines and standards
- Mentors who provide personal support and career development guidance
- Debriefing sessions that offer a forum for exchange among participants

Application Process:
Thank you for your interest in the Versant Residency at Creighton University Medical Center. Applicants must possess a Bachelors of Science in Nursing with less than 6 months nursing experience. The program is offered twice yearly.
Applications are no longer being accepted for the February cohort group. Check back in the Spring to apply to be a part of our next group.
