Thomas J. Connolly, M.D.
Assistant Professor
Creighton University School of Medicine

Division of Orthopaedics

Dr. Thomas Connolly received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine and continued to pursue his General Surgery internship at Creighton University Medical Center. Following this, Dr. Connolly completed his Orthopaedic Residency at Saint Louis University Health Sciences Center. Before returning to Omaha, he was in private practice with the Columbus Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Clinic in Columbus, Nebraska.

Dr. Connolly is board certified with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, a member of North American Arthroscopy Association and a team physician with Creighton University Athletics Department. Dr. Connolly specializes in shoulder and knee reconstruction and sports medicine. 

 

Todd D. Sekundiak, M.D.

Dr. Todd D. Sekundiak is a full-time Assistant Professor of Surgery at Creighton University in the Department of Surgery. He earned his medical degree in 1987 from the University of Manitoba in Winnepeg, Manitoba. He then completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, and an arthroplasty fellowship at the Arizona Center for Joint Replacement in Phoenix and Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s and Central DuPage Hospitals in Chicago.  Since then, he has served as an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Manitoba, medical director of the Manitoba Bone and Tissue Bank, head of the Subsection Adult Hip and Knee Canadian Medical Association and the examiner of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Dr. Sekundiak is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He specializes in adult joint reconstruction using minimally invasive techniques and in revision of mostly lower extremity failures. His research interests include outcomes management of these cases.
